#AskTheExpert When can I expect my menstruation? Its been 3.5 months when I delivered the baby. Breastfeeding is not exclusive. Baby fed on formula and breasmilk in the ratio 70:30

A. Hi See this is to do normal changes in the body when you deliver a child so it’s normal not to have periods or is it six months to 1 year also depending from Woman to woman so whenever your body is ready you will get your periods as of now it’s completely normal don’t worry about it
