#AskTheExpert When baby can start taking food. And which food should we to start with

A. dear parent, you should introduce top food only after completion of 6 months. you can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer. consistency of food should be like that of ghee.
