Hi Well it would completely depend are you talking about your child or in general because if you are talking for a child then you have to set a routine with a proper sleeping time wake up time in routine accordingly since right now kids are not going out anywhere so it’s completely on you how do you engage your kids into a proper routine of eating time and activities as well
