it could be indigestion problem
so , please continue with breastfeeding,it contains probiotics which help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
give other natural probiotics like fresh curd, buttermilk etc too
do not force feed or overfeed your child
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
