ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. avoid as far. avoid fatty foods. take fresh fruit and lots of water. exercise n yoga. avoid any new products. then see a specialist too. put aloe vera as that is f good okplease get a good gyne check up that will help you find the cause. may need ultrasound and that will tell exactly what's wrong in this situation.
