A healthy eating pattern with physical exercise will keep any disease away as there is not such diet specially to avoid these problems
Clean eating should be followed like include more fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet
Choose whole grains Millets and pulses over refined and packed food
Reduce intake of sugar, sugary drinks, fried foods, ghee and salt rich food
Have small and frequent meals
Physical exercise for 45 min daily is very important
Water 2-3 litre everyday
