ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. you can use a grain size of any kids age appropriate toothpaste till the age of three years and a pea size after the age of 3 years like Colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent

as a child is 1+ age ,use flouride free toothpaste that's about the size of a grain of rice .
there are different brands like mamaearth, pigeon etc available in the market.
you may choose any of them which has good quality and good reviews.
I would suggest mamaearth brand.
