Follow small and frequent meal pattern , long gap and lack of nutrient also causes lack of concentration
Include fresh fruits specially Chikoo, banana and avacado for weight gain
Also add sprouts, mix daal, dry fruits, soya, paneer, eggs, ghee, in the diet of the child that helps in weight gain and as well as brain development

Milk and diary products, fruits and vegetables, pulses,dry fruits,egg, meat,fish..
For Brain development include Omega foods fish, egg, Leafy vegetables, fruits and vegetables, dry fruits (walnuts, almonds), bhendi, millets ,cereals.
