A. hello dear good morning it is always good to start with a fruit or vegetable for the baby so you can give mashed form of banana stewed apple carrot puree pumpkin puree rice Dal potato sweet potato keep in mind single food should be added at a time by checking it continuously for three days to know for the allergic reaction and then change the food
