RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Breast Feeding you have to give your child for initial 180 days after birth so you give that only because whatever wait your child is going to gain will be with you are breastfeeding only so please continue breastfeeding your child for at least six months and whatever wait your child will gain will be with that only
