A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of inrfection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of agcde you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Hi parent looking cute please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
