shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello mom if mother is suffering from any kind of infection and having fever then definitely u need to take proper medication and may be e en antibiotics so u just inform ur doctor that u r breastfeeding mother and he will prescribed medication accordingly
