#asktheexpert what to do if your baby have small patches on skin?

A. Many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. They will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues bbeyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. Some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. It Maybe due to dryness apply good cream or oil into that area where ever you are seeing these patches because sometimes due to dry skin also you can see different patches on to the skin as you can get a check with dermatologist ones
