Gently rub the washcloth around the outer ear to pick up any wax build-up there..
don't use ear buds to clean inner ear..

Simply remove it with wet soft cloth
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
You can use Babyhug cotton ear buds
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment if there is more water
