A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this... could be some infection or insect bite or allergy

A. I would recommend that immediately you should try to rub steel key on the eyelids of the child apart from that it is advisable to try to make sure that you are doing cold compress on the eyes if it does not reduce them visit a doctor
