A. Personally I believe five almonds and five bowlers should be given to the child every day the highly written omega-3 and six so they’re very good for the brain avoid giving junk and sugary food which has become quite a fashion these days the monkeys eating junk all the time that’s the biggest enemy to the brain growth as well as immune system and no screen time when it comes to mobile it should be total zero
