There Auto kind of breast pain is either it is a nerve related pain that normally happens when you start or end breastfeeding the child and some other are the nipple pains which is why there when they have crack on the nipple so what kind of a pain you are having if it is cracks and you can use Boroline but if it is a nerve pain then you should consult your doctor for that
