#asktheexpert what to be done for silent sleep in night, my son wakeup frequently in night.

A. give good dinner at night, then breastfeeding before sleeping.  even if he wakes up, do not feed every time, see if he is really hungry or just comfort suckling. babies do this as they become more aware of surroundings. separation anxiety also develops at this age. maintain calm environment, even if baby gets up assure by patting on head , back. make sure baby eats ,feeds well before bedtime.
