A. Namaste Mom, As per the age you can add in ghee to their meals, also use dry fruit as well which can be given in powdered form. panner, tofu, dals, steamed chana, rajma etc, egg yolk , sago or sabudana, fruits , vegetables such as banana, chikku , apples , avacado, mango , potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots etc
