#AskTheExpert what solids can we feed a 5 months old baby boy. Milk supply from mother is gradually reducing and we are planning to start solids. He is not accepting formula at all.

A. Hello father you can introduce the baby to liquids now , such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices and alternate it with your feed and as the baby gets used to it you can gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods
