now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods

give Healthy food items like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes ,rice , fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado, dates ,etc
you can prepare Healthy snacks like dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , besan or mung dal chilla, paneer chilla , multigrain idli etc too
