#asktheexpert what should i gave her for lunch???which food is good for weight gain.??

A. Dear mum, you can give all family foods to your baby the way you prepare at your home. For lunch you can give roti with Dal and vegetables, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao. For healthy weight gain, you can give eggs and non veg foods. Add ghee to baby’s food. Add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s foods. Continue to breastfeed.
