#AskTheExpert what should I do if my baby is suffering from cold cough and temperature after every week? please help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cougrh needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor accordting to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Get a blood test done for your time because that is what is going to read what is the problem because later say something which is going to give you a further clarity relating to all the issues that the child is having a repetitive so it’s better to consult a doctor whatWrite Your Answer Here
