So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

Yes You can go ahead with Benadryl cough syrup that’s Ka supposed to be quite nice you can go for Dabur Honitus also and if you have nothing available at home right now you can go for ginger juice and honey mixture twice Or day that’s one of the best home remedy that you can go for
