as a child is 3 Months old ,he should have weight between 3.5 to 5 kg.
but if a child is having low weight ,you must check whether your child is getting enough milk or not.
so offer plenty of breastfeeds.
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
please don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk till 6 months age.
for Healthy bones and muscles ,I would advise to use Babyhug massage oil .
