ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year.. in-between there can be lots variations. give only breastmilk till completion of six months and start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
