A. should be 500-800 ml. try to give everything to your child m start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. It Should be a minimum of 500 ML and you can increase it if your child likes to have more because at this age a child can easily have somewhere around 300 to 400 ML of milk in one go only so if you want you can give about 800 ML in a day depending upon the liking an appetite of the child
