A. depends on the birth weight of the baby generally it will be increasing by 20 to 25 grams per day the birth weight will become twice by the end of 5 months of age

A. Hai good evening !! By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight. As baby is 4 months old the ideal weight should be 4.8- 8 kg. Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies,give frequent feeds every two to three hours. From 6 month onwards start semi solids ..
