Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. depends on the birth weight of the baby generally it will be increasing by 20 to 25 grams per day the birth weight will become twice by the end of 5 months of age

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight. As baby is 4 months old the ideal weight should be 4.8- 8 kg. Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies,give frequent feeds every two to three hours. From 6 month onwards start semi solids ..
