A. A 19 months old baby should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You can include variety of foods in the diet like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, chickpeas, kidney beans, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, veg cutlet, omelette, boiled egg, veg sandwich, pan cakes, waffle alongwith milk.
