You can feed chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, omelette, boiled egg, sandwich, chicken soup, khichdi, dalua, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, idli-dosa with sambhar, upma, poha, pan cake, waffle, rice with dal, seasonal fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, mixed vegetable soup and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
