A. There are variety of foods that can be included in a child's diet. You should feed him 3 main meals and 2 to 3 times healthy, home cooked snacks. Include foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken or fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, veggie khichdi, Dalia, oats with nuts, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, fresh juices, buttermilk, ghee, coconut water, milkshakes with dry fruits idling disa with sambar, chapati with mixed vegetables and 500 to 600 ml milk daily.
