ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom for their age the baby can be given a mix of liquids and semi solids consistency, you can alternate it with your feed as well .
You can give steamed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juices or purée or porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix or kichidi etc
