A. a 9 month old, should have three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
