POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 4 months old baby depends on the birth weight. Baby should gain approximately 140 to 200 gms per week and by 5th month, he/she should double the birth weight. Keep feeding frequently and fully. A baby at this stage should be fed milk 6 to 7 times a day which can include one time night feed too.
