A. There are variety of foods that can be included in a 2 years old baby. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Include foods like boiled eggs, omelette, rice with dal, chicken and fish curry with rice, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, besan and beetroot cheela, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats, Dalia, mixed vegetable soup, legumes, khichdi, chapati with mixed veggies, chicken soup, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, fresh juices, coconut water, buttermilk, etc.
