A. Dear mum, for 2 years old baby, give 5 meals a day and at least 1 katori per meal. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day which includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts to baby’s diet. Give all types of grains, cereal and pulses.
