A. stema. Cold and cough is a seasonal manifestation of viral common cold mostly and it s very common . Best to give steam and also protect baby with wollens . Take flu vaccine yearly for protection from flu . See a doctor if fever

A. This can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection. kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again vand again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough. It will dissolve mucus in nose and throat. For fever and pain give paracetamol Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

A. good morning I would suggest that you should try to give your baby indirect steam inhalation and you can apply baby Vicks rub on the nose and the child is this will help to provide a lot of relief to the Baby
