shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum there is no need to use any soap of for ear or nose you can do simply clean the wax of the ears when it comes on the edge of it do not put anything inside it and similarly with the nose gently press the nostrils with the help of the fingertips and when it comes out you can clean it
