A. Hi Dad, after 6 months you can stat with rice water, dal water, fruit puree, vegetables puree, smashed banana, chikko, boiled and smashed potato, clear veg soup, homemade cerelac, porridge, etc along with breastfeeding. slowly introduce any need food to baby and check if any sign of discomfort, intolerance or allergy. start with small quantities and gradually increase quantity and consistency of food as per your baby's appetite. feed on regular intervals after 2 hours gap maintain good hygiene avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
