#AskTheExpert what medication should a morher take if she is having cold and cough. She has a 2 month old baby n exclusive breast feed. Can she take Himalaya Septilin? Or pls suggest

take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor
