#asktheexpert what kind of food will help in calcium deficiency for mother

A. you may take lots of .Milk, ghee, yogurt serve as the good calcium source. spinach, ladyfinger, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium.

A. hi calcium rich food items like nuts ,dry fruits , different dairy products i.e. paneer ,curd ,ghee , buttermilk , milk etc , fresh fruits like banana,dates , etc you should take jeggary in your meal. avoid drinking RO water take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
