Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. 11.2 to 12.9 kg is the average weight range for the age group 3 to 4 years girls. If in case your child is thin or have a slow weight gain, Skinny look may be due to genetic reasons. If father or mother was skinny during their childhood then she could also be getting the same physique. So as long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight.
