White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like Pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very important for this you can use a good cream like atogla or sebamed lotion and maintain a good hygiene .jge

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. If The white patches are spreading then it could be due to some skin related issue most commonly it is vitiligo which is seen these days with kids but I’m not sure about it so you better get it checked with a dermatologist ones
