Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.d
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Usually this happens due to dryness in the skin so as of now apply any good cream or lotion yet if it is not helping them take an assistance with your doctor as then it may be associated with deficiency of calcium or maybe dryness sometimes it could be due to fungal infection and skin related problem so take a check with your doctor please
