A. umbilical granuloma / umbilical polyp they are usually remnants of umbilicus post delivery. usually does not require any type of major treatment except neosporine powdxer application or t-bact cream application and maintenance of hygiene and proper cleanliness. if it continues to persist beyond 6 months of age requires surgical intervention like quarterization or ligation removal
