Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Ideal weight at this age should be around 15 to 17 kgs. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
