Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi first you need to measure the temperature repeatatively. I would suggest to use Babyhug digital thermometer which gives accurate measurements if temperature is around 100f or above ,you must give peracetamol drops. keep your child well hydrated give luke warm water to drink give 2 tbsp quantity of luke warm water at gap of 2 hours. give more liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, nimbupani, soup, homemade fresh fruits juice. give light diet like khichdi, rice, upma etc give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day. if Child is having cold , apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
