#asktheexpert What is the substitute to cow milk for 2 yr old. my Toddler is constipated and the doctor suggested to omit diary from his diet.

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Try giving cow's milk + water in the ratio 50:50. If it works then it is good otherwise you should give milk products like paneer curd cheese etc to meet the calcium demand. If it doesn't work then you should give calcium supplements after consulting paediatrician.
