#AskTheExpert my daughter is not able to digest cow milk or any packed milk... what should I do... is there any substitute for milk for a 2 years old baby

A. then start buffalo milk.. cow milk is really hard to digest. you can add actilife Pro kid or macpro junior protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquids

A. you can try at the beginning diluting milk then slowly the baby will be able to digest .. you can give cow milk or Buffalo milk or amul dairy or mother dairy milk or any local dairy milk.. give dairy products as curd paneer.. take care..
