ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. five to six soluds three hrly. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

ideally ,as a child is one year old, you can offer 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
but quantity of food depends on many factors like baby's appetite, weight etc.
so it is always best to offer food as per child requirements.
if a child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
